cancellation Policy

SHINE Studios Cancellation Policy

At SHINE Studios, we understand that life happens and sometimes an appointment might be missed or must be canceled. To ensure that we can continue to provide the highest level of service to all our clients, we have implemented a cancellation policy.

Spray Tan Appointments: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If a cancellation is made within this timeframe, no charges will apply.

Waxing and Esthetics Appointments: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If a cancellation is made within this timeframe, no charges will apply.

Facials and Other Select Services: These services require a non-refundable deposit due to back bar product setup and potential waste. The deposit will be applied towards your service at checkout. If you need to cancel, the deposit will remain on your profile and can be used for a future appointment if canceled within the required 24-hour timeframe.

 

No-Shows and Late Cancellations

  • For spray tan appointments, same day cancellations and no-shows will be subject to a fee equivalent to 100% of the service price.

  • For waxing and esthetics appointments, same day cancellations and no-shows will be subject to a fee equivalent to 100% of the service price.

  • For facials and other select services, the deposit will be forfeited if the cancellation occurs outside the required 24-hour timeframe.
     

Communication of Cancellations: Cancellations by text or email will NOT be accepted. Please make sure to add your appointment to your personal calendar to avoid any issues.

Our main objective at SHINE Studios is to provide our guests with the ultimate service in a relaxing atmosphere.
