Welcome to the Shine Pro Affiliate Program! We're delighted to have you join us. Below are the terms and conditions for participation in the Shine Pro Affiliate Program. By joining, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Shine Pro Affiliate Program ("Program") operated by Shine Spray Tan ("Company"). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions

  • "Affiliate" refers to an individual or business entity participating in the Program.

  • "Company" refers to Shine Spray Tan.

  • "Pro Shine Solutions" refers to the sunless tanning products provided by the Company.

  • "Backbar Products" refers to the professional-grade tanning solutions offered by the Company.

  • "Retail Products" refers to the products offered by the Company for retail sale.
     

3. Program Tiers

Shine Enthusiast

Perfect for beginners, students, and home users.

  • Qualifications: Complete an application with your name, contact information, social media handles, and reason for applying. Sign the agreement.

  • Benefits: Access to comprehensive online education resources. Permission to purchase Backbar Pro Shine Solution. Retail and marketing benefits are not applicable.

Shine Partner

Ideal for businesses expanding their current spray tan lineup with Shine.

  • Qualifications: Complete an application with your name, contact information, business details, website, social media handles, and reason for applying. Sign the agreement.

  • Benefits: Access to comprehensive online education resources. Special pricing with 50% off Backbar products. Shine Retail Purchasing Rights. Digital download of branding guide and 5 social media images.

Certified Pro S.P.A.

Designed for businesses with an exclusive Shine spray tan partnership.

  • Qualifications: Complete an application with your name, contact information, business details, website, social media handles, and reason for applying. Sign the agreement.

  • Benefits: In-depth hands-on training including DHA education and two hours of hands-on training. Backbar Intro Kit valued at $1200. Special pricing with 50% off Backbar products. Shine Retail Purchasing Rights with intro kits available. Physical and digital branding guide, 15 social media images, and a one-year listing on Shine's website.
     

4. Education

  • Online Education: Access a diverse library of tutorial videos, digital downloads, and expert tips to refine your skills.

  • Hands-On Training: Participate in immersive in-person training sessions, including DHA education and real-life application scenarios.
     

5. Backbar Products

  • Pricing: Special pricing available for different shades and sizes of Backbar products.

  • Intro Kit: Certified Pro S.P.A. affiliates receive a comprehensive Backbar Intro Kit.

  • Why It Matters: Ensures premium quality for clients and enhances expertise and service quality through comprehensive training sessions.
     

6. Retail Products

  • Benefits: Boosts revenue, fosters client loyalty, builds trust and expertise, offers upselling opportunities, and provides a competitive edge.

  • Stock Your Shelves: Wholesale pricing available upon request.
     

7. Marketing

  • Branding Guide: Digital and physical copies available.

  • Social Media Content: Includes a set number of social media images to promote your business.

  • Website Listing: One-year listing on Shine's website for Certified Pro S.P.A. affiliates.
     

8. Application Process

Step One: Application

Submit your application at shinetanpro.com.

Step Two: Discovery Meeting

Schedule a one-on-one discovery meeting with Angie Ruh by emailing hello@shinetanpro.com.

Step Three: Finalize

Select your tier and sign the agreement.

Step Four: Celebrate

Celebrate your new journey with Shine!

9. Affiliate Obligations

  • Proper Usage: Use Pro Shine Solutions as intended and prevent reselling.

  • Adherence to Laws: Comply with local laws and regulations regarding spray tanning.

  • Exclusive Use: Certified Pro S.P.A. affiliates must exclusively use Shine Pro Solutions.

  • No Reselling: Affiliates are prohibited from reselling retail or Backbar professional solutions products to other stores or distributors.
     

10. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

11. Amendments

The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
