Refund Policy

We hope you’ll never need to return anything to us, but if you do, here are some guidelines. If you need to return an item, please email us at customerservice@shinetanningsolutions.com within 15 days of your purchase. In the email, please explain what you are returning and the reason for the return.

Items must be unused or gently used and in their original packaging. Items that are more than 75% full are acceptable for returns. Returns are processed based on the original payment method. If you charged your order, we will credit your card for the return. You are responsible for the shipment costs of returned items, and all returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Please note that certain items, such as final sale or clearance items, cannot be returned. Please check the product description for return eligibility. Allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return once we receive it. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
